Sunsets Worth Staying For

The beachfront location is breathtaking, providing stunning views right from the privacy of our spacious villa, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.

Unfortunately, dining options were limited, and the breakfast quality left much to be desired, often feeling like a hurried afterthought rather than a delightful start to the day.

Where do I even start? It took over an hour just to get my room ready, as they seemingly double booked it! Woudl it have killed them to upgrade my room after that inconvenience? Also, the pool was cloudy and hardly refreshing! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

the sunset del mar beach resort has stunning gardens, a great pool, and is right by the beach. We loved our villa with a sea view. the furnishings were lovely, too. the owners were incredibly helpful, and we enjoyed excellent food at the restaurants, especially the outdoor pool for a refreshing dip.

The beach is dangerously uninviting, with rough waves and a long trek to find decent sand. Many electrical outlets in the room either fail to work or lack proper lighting, and the inadequate cleaning meant dealing with minimal towels. This place feels isolated, with no convenient access to shops or attractions, and the pool looks like it hasn't been attended to in ages, which is pretty disappointing.

The beachfront hacienda feel of the resort was amazing, complete with sweeping sea views. I loved my Villa with Sea View, where the sound of the waves lulled me to sleep in the most comfortable bed ever! The refreshing pool was perfect for a cocktail break after an invigorating workout in their well-equipped gym.

The Sunset Del Mar Beach Resort was fantastic for our family! The air-conditioned Superior Suite with Sea View was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the ocean. We appreciated the private bathroom and flat-screen TV as well. The location was perfect for quick beach access, and the property itself is well-maintained with ongoing improvements. The tranquility and closeness to the beach made our stay incredibly relaxing.

The beach location is peaceful, with beautiful trees and hammocks for relaxation. Loved the comfortable room, and appreciated the luxury of spa treatments. Truly a remarkable escape!
